Our student houses are situated in convenient locations in Roath and Cathays and have good access to Cardiff University, Llandaff, Cyncoed and Colchester Avenue Colleges, Welsh College of Music and Drama and the University Hospital of Wales.
J & L Holdings is a small family run business established in 2002 on realising that there was a high demand for quality student properties. We are landlords accredited through Landlord Acccreditation Wales and have a small portfolio of five student houses in Cardiff. Our properties are managed and maintained by ouselves thus the tenant has no agency fees to pay, should the need arise, tenants can be assurred that they deal directly with the accredited Landlord. Our houses are HMO licensed as applicable.
Our student properties in Cardiff are let out on an assured short term let basis. We have one 4-let student house to rent and four 6-let student houses. Please click here to view them.
We find that due to the high standard of our properties students usually stay a second or third year in our properties. We recommend early viewing in available student houses to avoid disappointment.
