Property viewing
To arrange a property viewing either telephone us on the numbergiven below or E-mail us.
Property Reservation
To reserve a property, all members of the party must have viewed the property.
A tenancy agreement will be provided which must be read carefully and understood by all party members. Legal advice should be taken if any part of the tenancy agreement is not understood. All tenants must sign the tenancy agreements together.
A bond / security deposit of 1 months rent +£75 must be paid by all members of the party on signing or within 7 days of signing the tenancy agreement.

To qualiy for rental with us you must provide:
Identification - Driving licence or passport.
Proof of your student status, e.g. an acceptance letter from university or college.
A guarantor form signed by your parent / guardian and witnessed by someone unrelated to the guarantor
